ABOUT ME!

Tony Trieu is an award-winning actor that is currently based in the heart of Austin, Texas. He is currently a First-Year at Texas State University at San Marcos and pursuing a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Acting for Stage & Screen.

He has been honored by the Betty Lynn Buckley Awards (hosted by the Casa Manana Theatre in Fort Worth, TX) by winning Best Performance by a Lead Actor: Play for his role as Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

As an Asian-American performer, Tony is a big advocate for Asian representation and a place where stories can be told without being held back by stereotypes.
